Hi there! I’m Katherine, a graphic design and marketing professional based in Virginia. I discovered that graphic design was the right path for me during a brief stint as an FBI agent in high school (but that’s a story for another time). I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, but ventured a state over in 2007 to receive a phenomenal design education from Mississippi State University. Over the last decade, I have worked alongside a diverse selection of clients, from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies.

I work hard to deliver innovative design solutions, and I’d love to chat about how we can work together to effectively meet your design and communication needs. I have a keen eye for detail and I value honesty, efficiency, and conceptual design. I’ve had the honor of being recognized by HOW Magazine’s Promotion Design Awards as well as being featured in the book No Plastic Sleeves: Portfolio and Self-Promotion Guide for Photographers and Designers, which focuses on visual identity and the creation of outstanding portfolios.

When I’m not designing, you can find me on the dance floor, whether it be practicing ballet, merengue, waltz or just about any other form of dance. I’m perpetually cold, a lover of seafood and sushi, and I’m continually planning my next trip to a new place. If you can relate to any of these things or need some first-class design skills, send me a message or connect with me on Twitter or Behance.

Thank you so much for looking around my site!
